Off We Go!

Well here we are the first morning of our trip, we arrived in Echuca Vic at about 5.00 yesterday afternoon after doing 770km..We quickly settled in to the campsite by the river, the bear is quite easy to set up now which makes it much easier. Not as warm last night as we thought (quite a cool night actually) mmm maybe should have packed those second blankets, although I’m sure it will warm up the further north/west we go..
We woke to a family of ducklings waiting by our door, Harry & Paris were very excited to feed them our remainder of bread ( which we were saving for toast for breakfast) at least the ducklings had a good brekkie!
Off to explore the old port town of Echuca, might do a paddle steam boat ride later today and then follow the mighty Murray up to Mildura.
